“Jasmine, do you trust me?”
She looked up through half-mast eyes and moaned, “Mm-hmm.”
“Jasmine, I need a yes or no.”
“Yes, Draven,” she said.
He chuckled at her impatience. “Stay just like you are,” he commanded in his deep Dom voice. She looked at him in confusion, then smiled, realizing that this sexual encounter just intensified, and she would be getting just what she wanted. She would be getting the real Draven.
He walked away and rustled around in the cabinet along the wall. After checking the hallway one more time, he walked toward her with a black bag in his hand. Jasmine could feel the adrenaline course through her veins and knew she had a lot to learn about his life and his sexual lifestyle. But she knew she could trust him – he had done nothing but protect her and help her heal from every injury she had sustained in the last year. Even now, he was healing her distrust of people.
As he came up to her, he traced up her leg to her knee and then back down to her hip, following up to her side and along the side of her breast. “Raise your arms over your head, Jasmine. Clasp your hands together.”
Again, she did what he told her to. She felt a cold, silky material wrap around her wrists. Closing her eyes, she enjoyed the feeling of him working the material around her wrists. As he finished what he was doing, she wiggled her hands in the material and she found she would not be able to release her hands herself. Anxiety spread through her chest, but she let herself relax and realized, again, that he would do nothing she was not able to handle.
“Jasmine, look at me!” he said in that voice that made her body tremble. She knew that it was his sex voice, his Dom voice, because just the sound of it made her want to cum. “Are you all right?” he asked.
“Yes, Draven,” she whimpered.
“If at any time you are not feeling it or want it to stop…” he paused. “We will go with the basics. If you want it all to stop say ‘red.’ If something is scaring you, you want me to slow down, or it is too intense, say ‘yellow.’ If I ask you if you like what I am doing, say ‘green.’ Do you understand what I am asking of you? What I am planning to do?”
“Yes, and green, green, green,” Jasmine replied excitedly.

Orphaned and raised by her older sister Zandra, Jasmine Tremaine was taught to never trust anyone but herself. Longing to start a life of her own, free from Zandra's controlling nature, Jasmine returns to their parents' home town and finds herself rescued by Draven: the first man to make her feel safe. JM Schroder (aka Selene Jasper) launched her professional writing career in May of 2012. From a very early age she has loved to read and loved writing poetry and short stories. And then one day she woke up from a dream and she knew right then that it was this character talking to her and her first book came into existence. To date, she has released two books and is currently working on more in the original series. And has added three more series to her work-in-progress. As her full time career and hobby, JM writes steamy urban fantasies and erotic romance.
M was born and raised in Oregon. She has three children, dog and a bratty cat. She looks to everyday life for inspiration on her writing. She has many muses that also inspire her. She is forging her way as an author.
All while she is pursuing a degree in Computer Science/photography. She will continue to spend time plugging away at her keyboard putting the stories of her characters down on paper so that she can free up some space in her head.
When JM is not writing or plotting out her next story, JM loves spending time with her kids, reading, and planning her future which will include some hiking, camping, and fun times.
